A new home is reported from the full building, so incomplete plans are the most common reason an order stalls.
The order form collects the information that cannot be read from drawings. Having it at hand makes ordering a few minutes of work.
Order through the residential order and choose the new home path. The price starts at $245 for up to 3,500 sq ft with standard delivery (next business day), and Same Day Express adds $95 (same business day for orders received by 11am, otherwise completed next business day by 9am).

Floor plans that show exterior wall, window and door dimensions, plus the building elevations. PDF is preferred. You will also enter basic project details when you place the order, such as the project address, window types, foundation type and heating and water heating systems.
Yes. Hand drawn plans are accepted as a clear photo or scan. They still need to show exterior wall, window and door dimensions and the elevations.
The CF-1R is the Certificate of Compliance for a residential project. It documents how the building meets California's Title 24 energy standards, and your building department typically asks for it with the permit application.
