The CF-1R is the Certificate of Compliance for a residential project. It documents how the building meets California's Title 24 energy standards, and your building department typically asks for it with the permit application.
CF2R and CF3R are installation and verification certificates. They are completed after the work is installed, not when the compliance report is prepared. If your inspector asks for them and you are unsure what applies to your project, send us a message and we will point you in the right direction.
Yes. ADU and remodel projects are ordered through the addition and remodel path at the residential price. Duplexes and multifamily buildings with 3 or more units are ordered at the multifamily price.
