The order asks the same project questions as other residential orders: owner and designer contact, project address, window types, foundation type, fuel type available, and the heating and water heating systems. Have these ready for the building.

Yes. ADU and remodel projects are ordered through the addition and remodel path at the residential price. Duplexes and multifamily buildings with 3 or more units are ordered at the multifamily price.
Residential reports are priced by the size of the project. An ADU starts at $199 for up to 1,000 sq ft (+$9 for each additional 100 sq ft). A new home, addition or remodel starts at $245 for up to 3,500 sq ft (+$49 for each additional 500 sq ft). Standard delivery is the next business day, and Same Day Express adds $95 (same business day for orders received by 11am, otherwise completed next business day by 9am). Reports are delivered as an 8.5 x 11 pdf. Floor plans that show exterior wall, window and door dimensions, plus the building elevations. PDF is preferred. You will also enter basic project details when you place the order, such as the project address, window types, foundation type and heating and water heating systems.
